TrackWORKS Introduction

This 2-day course uses lectures and hands-on exercises to teach students how to configure the factory and maintain scheduling and tracking, and repair tracking for machines and other factory entities.

The TrackWORKS Introduction covers the following topics:

• Defining machines, machine chambers, and entities

• Defining state models
• Setting up preventive maintenance schedules and tasks
• Managing work queues
• Tracking state changes and work performed
• Using standard and configurable reports to analyze performance, including SEMI-E10 machine statistics

TrackWORKS for Operators/Technicians

This 1-day course uses lectures and hand-on exercises to teach students how
to track state changes, manage work queues, and perform repair work and
scheduled work for machines and other factory entities.

TrackWORKS for Operators/Technicians teaches operators and technicians how to:

• View the current state of machines

• Manage work queues

• Track state changes and work performed

• Use reports to analyze performance
