Training Registration

We invite all licensed customers to register below for one of our training sessions. To ensure that you have a space, register 20 days prior to class start date by completing this form and clicking submit, or you may fax it to 972-633-9317. We will continue to accept enrollment on a first come, first serve basis up to 7 days prior to class date.

Course Information

Three-day classes begin on Tuesday at 8:30 a.m. and end on Thursday at 5:00 p.m. Five-day classes begin on Monday and run 9:00 – 5:00 each day except Friday. Friday classes end in the early afternoon. The remainder of the day Friday is available for discussion of specific implementations.

Classes are held at the Adventa Training Center, 3001 East Plano Parkway, Plano, Texas. After you are registered, we will fax you maps and e-mail directions to guide you to the site, along with a list of convenient hotels.

Cancellation Policy

You may substitute attendees any time before the course begins. If you choose to cancel enrollment, we require at least 14 days notice; otherwise, you will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Furthermore, we reserve the right to cancel courses within 14 days of course start date due to low enrollment. In this case, we will notify you and you may either request a full refund or schedule attendance in another course.
