variety of support functions to our licensed customers, including those
discussed below.
Product
Support
Our online product support provides all licensed customers with quick and
easy assistance. Adventa provides three levels of product support, all of
which offer a remote connectivity service to speed the delivery of both our
software and our services. All licensed Adventa customers are provided with access to
the secure product support areas of our website that offer both up-to-date
information about our software products — such as release contents and
schedules — and our Action Request System, where you can submit requests for
new features or trouble tickets. You must
create an account to access product support and tells us for
which products you require support.
Engineering Services
When you decide to implement an Adventa application,
we will
assign you a support engineer (or engineers) as your primary contact. Our experienced staff understands your application and
can help
resolve any problems or issues that you might encounter. We can even provide
an engineer for
onsite mentoring or auditing.
