Adventa Control Technologies, Inc. announces the largest release of
ARTIST fault detection software to date

Adventa Control
Technologies, Inc. (ACT) announces the availability of a new ARTIST release,
ARTIST 3.0.0. The ARTIST tool
monitoring and fault detection application is used on virtually all process
tool types in semiconductor manufacturing factories. Engineers are able to
easily develop human-readable custom models based on the individual
engineer’s experience. When a model detects an emerging condition, it can
draw on a range of actions from simple notification to actively resolving
the issue. ARTIST detects problems early to predict maintenance needs and
prevent equipment damage.
Addressing the needs of
both the industry at large and current customers, version 3.0.0 is the
largest ARTIST release to date.
ARTIST 3.0.0
includes new features such as a
new engine type to increase message processing capability and
a web-based user
interface, appropriately named “Fab Viewer,”
that provides users with quick and easy access to model alarms and analysis
events by tool.

The ARTIST application
also now offers
simplified historical data viewing, expanded model configuration management
and test facilities, additional
multivariate capabilities
such as the
ability to view T2 & Q’s from a web interface,
and other expansive improvements.
